Our Community From Day One

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for living with age, care and housing. Our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact in creating smaller affordable housing for seniors and families. Innovating for long term care of seniors.

We have furnished homes and rooms for persons 45 and older in an intergenerational, active, adult community within a flexible/co-housing model in CCS Village, a Community of shared resources. Our homes are in a community where you can feel comfortable and independent, and which allow you freedom to pursue other interests or remain connected to family and friends.

The low monthly fee provides you with a 40' by 100' home site that includes snow removal, grass cutting, green space, water and sewer.

Since 2000, our passion for sustainability, inclusivity, and healthy living has grown into our life’s work. By providing an inspiring and motivating work and living space to a diverse group of like-minded individuals, we’ve revolutionized the way we live, work and connect with each other.
Management Framework

Abigail Not For Profit Housing and Care is a Christian non-profit ministry founded on the principles of faith, practical fellowship, and compassionate stewardship. Grounded in the teachings of Jesus Christ, our mission is to provide secure, affordable, and supportive intentional living accommodations for seniors, families, and individuals seeking refuge or community.

Pursuant to the administrative and property management framework executed with CCSVillage, this Statement of Faith serves as the foundational covenant guiding the spiritual ethos, admissions, and community standards across the premises at 114 Drive-In Crescent, Georgian Bluffs, Ontario.

We Believe In:

The Sovereign Grace of God:

We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—the Creator, Sustainer, and Redeemer of all creation.

The Ministry of Compassion and Stewardship:

We believe that faith is expressed through practical action, hospitality, and care for one’s neighbor. In accordance with biblical mandates to serve the vulnerable and offer shelter to those in need, this housing ministry operates as an act of Christian witness and service (James 1:27, Matthew 25:35–40).

Dignity, Fellowship, and Peace:

We hold that every human being is made in the image of God (Imago Dei) and is entitled to dignity, respect, and kindness. Our community is designed to foster peace, mutual support, intentional fellowship, and emotional and physical well-being.

Stewardship of Creation and Community:

We believe in being faithful stewards of the land, infrastructure, and financial resources entrusted to this ministry, maintaining the grounds and facilities on a non-profit, break-even basis to ensure long-term accessibility and care.

These Rules of Conduct are established by the Board of Directors of Abigail Not For Profit Housing and Care and administered by CCSVillage pursuant to the Master Ground Lease and Community By-Laws.

This community operates as a faith-based, non-profit intentional living environment and temporary crisis housing facility.​​
